1. PATH OF THE UNIVERSAL PILGRIMAGE

Swallowed by stars and bitten by lights
Torments turning fast, liquefied eyes
A painting of hell, a falling curtain
I walk the starlight path beyond

The burning walls of eternity disappear
Replaced by a forgotten instinct
Night at war with thousand suns
Homeric fight and destructive sight

My powerless mind was lost for centuries
When everything appeared clearly through the mist
Moving mazes and corridors beyond
Titanic caves and secret fields

I was here and there in future and past
No need to exit, no goal to reach
Path of the universal pilgrimage
From distant stars to unreachable borders

2. THE LEVITATION OF THE WITCH

A pain so loud that dawn didn’t come
A night of sabbath and howling figures
What they saw was far beyond
What they were searching for
A chance to defeat death itself

Long grey hair filling the thin space
Floating above the pagan signs on the floor
The longtime untold words were spoken
And all hearts fell in an abyssic maze

Her feet leave the world
And everything dies all around
Her eyes are not there anymore
Lost in giant landscapes beyond
Pale morning sun stands under the horizon
Waiting for the infamy to complete

Revulsed eyes and nausea
Pulsing air and frozen breaths
Spiral of spirits, venomous light
The great wings of sleep above

When the calm replaced chaos
When the dust fell back on shoulders
We all knew our destiny
Was to be slaves of the malignant witch

3. WANDERING THE MAZE OF CREATION

I – witness of the newborn time
Devoured by the black primal mud
And drowned under what will become light
Still dark but soon to be real

The maze of creation starts to spill its energy
A vibrant yet weak pulse appears
So I start walking this ghostly path
A billion years turned the foundations to a maze

And I kept roaming it endlessly
Crossing contorted shadows and nebular figures
All captives of this living maelstrom

As light was set to be created and spilled
Amongst the black walls of time

And what was not mean to be seen
Suddenly shined with the greatest grotesquery
My declining soul fell
Into colored nightmares and endless abyss

4. COLD DEATH

The thumping of blood
Flowing out but never back in
The slow drumroll of agony
The earth drinks my blood
Eats the warmth of my body
I’ll never have enough to satisfy it

No holy revelation
No unveiled greater truth
Just the last cold breeze
Slipping in my wounds and mouth

Its icy scales scrubbing me of my energy
No glory, just a reversed ecstasy
Insects and owls sing my eulogy
Noble witnesses of my lonely, cold death

5. THE GREAT REAPING

Boiling grounds, pulverized earth,
A telluric wrath cleanses the world.
The great reaping of civilizations,
Putting towers down like sunburnt weeds.

Sowing nature with the ashes of cities,
Nourishing the wilderness with our remains.
Our last screams covered by the rustling of a new life,
Born again creatures of old, prevailing against history.

Concrete and iron demons torn down,
By flesh, bones and fire.
No walls were strong enough,
To survive the primal fury of the Earth.

I witnessed the second coming of Nature,
And its only judgment knew no forgiveness.

6. THE OOZING TIME

A breach on the fabric of the universe
An old scar opening once again
Freeing worlds that never existed,
Telling stories that never were.

A forbidden time oozes through the gates,
Covering reality in ancient lies.
Filthy lumps of existence,
Coagulate all over space and time.

Bursting unopened third eyes
With the sharpened ugliness
That grows underneath the cosmos,
A new distorted world imposes itself.

May the Gods’ last foul breath
Burn us all before the lies prevail.
A universe reversed on itself,
Reality all inside out.

7. THEY SPEAK TO ME

In forests, in lonely nights
They speak to me, phantom voices.
In the crowded streets of wretched cities,
They are never silent, they keep whispering.

I cannot decipher their twisted tongues,
They murmur secrets I do not comprehend,
But they still crawl to my deaf ears,
But they still share their forbidden knowledge.

Their last messenger died millennia ago,
Yet they trust me to eventually understand.
They keep hoping that my mind will tear through the ages,
Bringing back the key to their lost wisdom

I do not know their faces,
But their words become more and more familiar.
I do not know what they want,
But they still speak to me every day and night.

8. A LIGHT THAT NEVER WAS

Shining from below,
Reflected by fallen leaves.
It does not come from the sun,
Nor from the distant stars.

It still warms me through flesh and muscles,
It still fuels my damaged spirit.
No plant can grow under its dark energy,
Only I can gorge on this lifeless power.

A light that never was,
Breaking the laws of matter and time.
A light that never should be,
The hidden glow of the Earth.

A condensed beam of ghostly glimpses,
The last glorious glow of dying spirits.
Blind dwellers of the underworld,
Shining one last time.

9. THE FREAK'S CHURCH

Here they gather, the weak, the weird, the deformed,
They sing a gospel no-one else wants to ear.
Tree stumps, moss and an old ruin,
Nowhere else are they welcomed.

But here they pray and rest, tired minds and bodies
An unfrocked priest leads the mass,
Obscene from afar, but moving from within,
The outcasts finally have a home.

They worship a strange and ancient god,
Cast-away and forgotten, just like them.
To conceal the ugliness, they light no candles,
But a vibrant inner fire still warms their hearts.

Freaks and devils, joining hands,
Burning a reeking incense,
They know their day will come,
When the light will finally shine for them.
