1. PAVEMENT REEFS

I pass a line of chasms everyday which deeply hide many other worlds
So many different worlds
I look inside with curiosity but I'm afraid to dip into their arms
And cross a border of known

I hear a throbbing noise, echo of steps, sometimes machines’ bang
Pure silence doesn’t exist
I feel a thrill running under my feet and I inhale processed oxygen
Polluted communal air

I am a child of pavement reefs, son of lights dripping from street lamps
The brightest stars in the sky
Meadows of stone and gardens of steel, they grow around and also grow in me
I am a part of this world


2. SEE-THROUGH SHAPE

I’m searching
I’m swimming gently
Drifting away

Faces are blurred
Warm moist steam
My sight is weak
I dissolve in heat

3. NIGHT WISHES

You're whispering and squinting your eyes
Exchange the cold for the heat
You're moving up with a liquid and air
Matter gathers in specific ways

Places I am not, they're breathing wet
Swollen with a smell of a soil
In cause and effect chain
My hunches are screaming
Days come and go to nowhere

Everything goes through its cycles 
Birth and death come together
The mysterious deja vu wants to tell us something
