The vastness and the majesty
Of the ageless desert sea

Ambulating amber waves
Give a hypnotising play
Seeking spirits to enslave
The faithful have amassed
Reconnecting with the past
For the Encroaching ’s here at last

The supersensuous world moves closer to our own perception
The dream born temples tower - risen from the sand and stone
To gather kindred spirits in a clairvoyant conception

6. OUT OF THE WELL

Down in my cellar
In a damp and sombre room
I let my brush run free
'cross the canvas
Where it paints the eyes of doom
Oh, how can all this be?

I removed the lid from the well
Letting out the secrets it held
None believed that they do exist
But I know, down below
Morbid eyes are watching through the mist
