2. BEHEMOTH AWAKENED

Pillars of billowing smoke
Fume from its throat
The flawed automaton
Stirs to consciousness
Weeping wounds
Seep from its chest
Yet it does not bleed
Gears whir in perfected synchronicity
Wires give life to limb
Flesh entwined within
Pulsing machinery
Electric surge in iron bones
It murmurs a breath of life
From behind its teeth of chrome
Haze veils burning eyes
Seething hatred for all of man
Knees collapse as the behemoth begins to stand
Engulf the earth and sky
Mountains crumble into dust

Dawn of the world anew

Beyond these stone walls
My spirit wanders forevermore
In this mortal veil
This coil of suffering
An endless maw of eternity

Candlelight

Summoning

I regain flesh,
Sinew and bone

A sigil carved

Shadows dancing
In flickering candlelight
By black salts, and carrion flesh,
My thralls perform my rite
Cast into bones again, I am flesh
Dim light floods my eyes.
A soul made flesh, transcendence of death
For now, I arise

Everlasting cimmerian gloom
Encompassing and exhumes
All life in bloom
Infinitely consume
