At nights I hope the morning
Sunlight never comes
Keep on my lucid dreaming lingering

My dreams are my asylum
Heart of it all
I leave my body cataleptic, septic, toxic
I'll make my way out!

Revive my form, erase my aching
And freeze the air around my crypt
Fill this hollow
Wake me up, stop me from breaking
And warm this heart, make me again
Halt this dream
Stop this sorrow

My days are all the same
Echoing, voiceless
Waiting for dusk to take its claim

Break of the dawn for senses
Hologram of reality
Leaving my body defenseless

Dream of living again!

As my dreams continue
Fears awaken mind unsettled
No concurrence, catatonic continuum

My grave is my asylum
Teeth fallen off, eyes dried to dust
Myself is my companion
In sickness and denial
