As the world turns again
Lifetimes come to an end
Days are lost in a void
Closer with every turn
I felt the earth move
Yet grounded to my core
Watched the clouds race past
An age tranpired vefore my eyes
As the day turns to night
Forced into confinement
But no peace will I find
Just counting hours by
I felt the earth move
Revolting beneath my feet
Each moment deceives the mind
And our perceptions of time
Void of being and light
As year pass by the Reaper's hourglass deplets
All life will cease
Seeking the past
Always chasing the horizon
How long before we reach the end of the road
And our names are carved in stone
Endless aeons begin
As I watch the dead Sun burn
Before your demise
Close your weary eyes
In the back of your mind
You'll see the final Sands of Time


4. STAINES HUMANITY

War will reign supreme
With the iron fist prevailing, destroying dreams of peace
And innocence will suffer all in the name of wealth
Transform this world of ours into a living hell
Rivers of blood will wash away hope of a better life
The stained humanity
And the child with the vision in this mind makes a transformation to a martyr
Opportunities have passed him by the fight to bring his nation power
War will reign supreme
With the compromises failing, this conflict sickens me
The innocent will suffer, because of a sacred text
Transform this world of ours into a living hell
Thrown to the lions, a small price to pay
In the eyes of pigs who wallow in authority
Their only vision a circus of decay
In the disguise of our salvation they lead us to our graves

Shrouded in darkness
It has formed a wreath around you

Everlasting night

6. ALTERED STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS

All control is lost
Senses deprived
Deaf ears still hear the malign
The altars crumbling
Cloak of obscurity
A crown wrapped tight around you neck
Gaunt hands to hold you back
I've seen the world in a new light
No holy shrines
Nothing to resemble eternal life
Now turning back I see,
What could have been but never was
A pressure so dense,
Upon my chest it could paralyze
Lucid
A mask forced upon me
Impaled by fear

Stones drag to the riverbed below
Below
Death is here
And he's been clawing at my thoughts again
Forever drowning in perdition
Submerged in azure waters


7. TERAS

Look at the world bestowed unto our children
Their lives are over before they have begun
The weak lost in temptations of the flesh
We see the will of tyrants gaining strength
Fear in control...the screams are everywhere

We're crushed by the weight of the burden on our shoulders
Relentless pressure to bridge this great divide
