2. THE CASTLE MOUND

In the shadow of centenarian oak
In between fields and meadows
Unaltered through ages
Guarded by the god of sun
On the top of a sheer castle mound
There rises the castle of Semigallians
Strange winds like maledistort sessage
Bring reflections of faraway fires
Black clouds gathering
Shielding the darkness, shielding the light
Black warriors of christ approach
Creatures of darkness
Clap of thunder
The Sky merges with moarning earth
When thousands of christians
Attack the castle of pagans
In flash of lightening steel brightly shines
Steeping the castle mound in blood
In spite of the rain
Flame blazes up over the castle
Overwhelmed by predominance
Defenders of the castle step into the beyond
First rays of the morning sun
Find castle mound alone in its sorrow


3. AUTUMN

Fire burns down
Like in a dying scream
Flashes up brighter-
Another autumn enters the life
Without fire
Bring winds and vain
And Velins come in the evening
To look in the windows
How am I living or suffering
When the sky is dark, no breenk is seen
All dreams have flew so far away

Everything's so far, everything's away
Lame blackbird is all that's left

4. THE LOST

In the sunbeams shining
Over fields trundle the ghosts
Bound in the bright iron
They carried truth on the crosses
Uninvited and unexpected
They opened all the gates
Strength and war ruse are brothers them
And bloodthirsty smile of superiority, too
Propagating something unknown
They shot the children of forest with arrows

With assistance of swiche and chains
They built castles of stone between the oaks
Fire made ashes from woods
Skies lost the sun
Stones hid under mosses
The blood it's our tears
Spirits of wood went to another wood
The clevers learnt to hide
Faith dressed into clothes
Hiding itself in ornaments and in laces
Rivers may find the sea
Winds know where to run
May the lost to live?

5. ETERNAL SUFFERING

Storm comes from heaven rumbling and crashing
Doomsday choir of angels is heard
Horrible spirits attack the king from all sides
Evil world sucks blood from his flesh
Lord terribly moans, but voice is lost in the storm
Endless rage and despair takes his soul
Fiery bolts come out from the blood-filled eyes

Heads of the enemies fall from his sword in dark abyss
Taking revenge on blood, like in ancient times


6. THE PRAY

The morning sun creates the Earth and the sea
All the silhouettes from the shadow are divided
The dream and the unknown in the darkness are sent
And the dark side of heaven is seen
There's only a word in a silence like the light in a darkness
Only in death there is life like true lies
Save us lord from sin
What is done in religions pressure

History's reflection of gods will
It between all the holy wars
Gods are as many as lies
But the truth is only one...

7. FIRST CROSS

The afflicted spirit of folk
Is weeping the tears like dew
Stare in its mournful eyes
Where distant fires reflect
Onset of wind blowing hard
The Sky is filled with gloom
On the dew sprinkled fields
Dismal clouds are gathered now
Clatter of horses' hooves
Resounds over the hills
Riders marked by black cross
Ride to bring in their creed
Steel armoured prophets
The warriors of false god
They come with lies and deceit
They capture with fire and sword
Pagans' blood is feeding
Their ancestors hallowed ground
Twilight descends across the woods
The ancient gods are eternaly lost
Sun sets like immersed in blood
To never rise again as before
Night approaches everlasting
And darkness rules the land
