1. CRY FOR THE SINS OF MANKIND

(Instrumental)

2. SABAOTH ARISE

O Lord God, You to whom vengeance belongs,
O God who avenges, shine forth.
Rise up, O Righteous Judge of the earth;
Pay back to the proud what they deserve.

How long, O Lord, will the wicked,
How long will the wicked be in triumph?
How long can they say "The Lord does not see",
How long can they think you do not notice?

He who made the ear, does He not hear?
He who formed the eye, does He not see?
He who smites the nations, does He not punish?
He who teaches man knowledge?

Take notice, you senseless among the people;
You fools, when will you understand?

The Lord knows the thoughts of man, that they are a mere breath.
The Lord knows all human plans; that they are futile.

The wicked band together against the righteous,
And condemn the innocent to death.
They pour out words, speaking arrogant things,
All who do evil boast proudly.
He will turn their own wickedness upon them,
And destroy them by means of their own evil;
He will repay them for their sins,
And destroy them for their wickedness.

Blessed is the one you discipline, Lord,
The one you teach from your law;
You grant them relief from days of trouble,
Till a pit is dug for the wicked.
For the Lord will not reject his people;
He will never forsake his inheritance.
Judgment will again be righteous,
And the upright in heart will follow it.

The great day of the Lord is near -- near and coming quickly.
The cry on that day is bitter; the Mighty Warrior shouts his battle cry.

Lord, arise!

3. APOCALYPTIC TERROR (DIES IRAE)

Blow the trumpet in Zion
Sound an alarm on my holy mount
Let all the earth tremble
For the day of the Lord is close at hand

A day of darkness and gloom
A day of clouds and of thick mist
A day of horrors and great tremble
A day of wrath and of punishment
Who can endure

Like the morning dawn spread upon the mountains
So there comes a people numerous and mighty
A fire devours before them, and behind them a flame burns
No one has escaped the ravages of the devouring hordes

A day of darkness and gloom
A day of clouds and of thick mist
A day of horrors and great tremble
A day of wrath and of punishment
Who can endure

"The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run
Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap
Like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness
They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war
And they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks
Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path
And when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded

They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall
They shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble
The sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining

And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great
For he is strong that executeth his word
For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?"

A day of darkness and gloom
A day of clouds and of thick mist
A day of horrors and great tremble
A day of wrath and of punishment
Who can endure
Who can endure

4. GOD OUR FORTRESS AND REFUGE

You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.
You know when I sit down and when I rise up;
You perceive my thoughts from afar.

How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I could count them, they would outnumber the sand.
When I awake, I am still with you.

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
Too high for me to attain.

You discern my going out and my lying down;
You are familiar with all my ways.

You have enclosed me behind and before,
And you have placed your hand upon me.

Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
If I settle on the far side of the sea,
Even there you will guide me,
Your right hand will hold me fast.

I will praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful, I know that very well.
My frame was not hidden from you,
When I was made in the secret place,
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
And in your book were written all of my days,
Before one of them came to be.

How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
If I could count them, they would outnumber the sand.
When I awake, I am still with you.

If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me,
And the light become night around me,”
The night will shine like the day,
For darkness and light are alike to you.

Search me, God, and know my heart;
Test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me,
And lead me in the way everlasting.

5. THE REIGN OF THE ANCIENT OF DAYS

And I saw a great white throne,
And Him who was seated upon it,
From whose presence earth and heaven fled away,
And no place was found for them.

And the Ancient of Days took His seat;
His garment was white as snow,
And the hair of His head like pure wool.
His throne was flames of fire.

The time came to judge the dead;
To reward the prophets and the saints,
All those who fear His name,
And to destroy the destroyers of the earth.

And behold, on the clouds of heaven,
One like a Son of Man was coming,
And He came up to the Ancient of Days,
And was presented before Him.

And to Him was given dominion,
Glory and a kingdom,
That all the peoples, and nations,
Should serve and worship Him.

A thousand of thousands were attending Him,
The court was seated, and the books were opened.

And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne,
And they were judged and sentenced, according to their deeds.
Then another book was opened, which is the Book of Life;
And whose name was not found written in that Book, was cast into the lake of fire.

And behold, on the clouds of heaven,
One like a Son of Man was coming,
And He came up to the Ancient of Days,
And was presented before Him.

And to Him was given dominion,
Glory and a kingdom,
That all the peoples, and nations,
Should serve and worship Him.

His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
Which will not pass away;
And His kingdom is one,
Which will not be destroyed.
And He will reign forever and ever.

6. THE END OF THE JOURNEY

Passing through sin and decay, enduring the tribulations
The final hour is at hand, soon meeting all those who went before
Weary of this life, of everything that it offers
The journey is at its end, soon reclaiming the final prize

Beaten, broken and chained
Cursed, spit upon and defamed
Those too good for this world
Now fallen but still risen

For those who are washed by the blood of the Lamb, death is victory
Embraced by glory, rejoicing in the afterlife, for the journey has come to its end

In sickness and in capture, some tortured and murdered
Being faithful unto death, and receiving a crown of life
Not denying the One who has shed His blood for us
Through these tests of faith, now reaching the goal

Beaten, broken and chained
Cursed, spit upon and defamed
Those too good for this world
Now fallen but still risen

For those who are washed by the blood of the Lamb, death is victory
Embraced by glory, rejoicing in the afterlife, for the journey has come to its end

The righteous man perishes at the hand of evil, and no one takes it to heart
Faithful and devout men are taken away, while no one understands that the righteous is taken away, to be spared from harm

He enters into peace through death
They rest in their graves
Each one who walked uprightly
Who followed God’s will, living with integrity

Precious in the sight of the Lord
Is the death of his faithful servants

7. CALL TO REDEMPTION

Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.
But your iniquities have separated you from your God;
Your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.

For your hands are stained with blood, your fingers with guilt.
Your lips have spoken falsely, and your tongue mutters wicked things.

No one calls for justice; no one pleads a case with integrity.
They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies;
They conceive trouble and give birth to evil.

Their feet rush into sin;
They are swift to shed innocent blood.
They pursue evil schemes;
Acts of violence mark their ways.
The way of peace they do not know;
There is no justice in their paths.
They have turned them into crooked roads;
No one who walks along them will know peace.

Justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us.
We look for light, but all is darkness;
For brightness, but we walk in deep shadows.
Like the blind we grope along the wall, feeling our way like people without eyes.

For our offenses are many in your sight,
And our sins testify against us.
Our offenses are ever with us,
And we acknowledge our iniquities:
Rebellion and treachery against the Lord,
Turning our backs on our God,
Inciting revolt and oppression,
Uttering lies our hearts have conceived.

So justice is driven back,
And righteousness stands at a distance;
Truth has stumbled in the streets,
Honesty cannot enter.

Truth is nowhere to be found,
And whoever shuns evil becomes a prey.

Their feet rush into sin;
They are swift to shed innocent blood.
They pursue evil schemes;
Acts of violence mark their ways.
The way of peace they do not know;
There is no justice in their paths.
They have turned them into crooked roads;
No one who walks along them will know peace.

The Lord looked and was displeased that there was no justice.
He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene;
So his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him.
He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head;
He put on the garments of vengeance,
And wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak.
According to what they have done, so will he repay,
Wrath to his enemies and retribution to his foes.

The Redeemer will come to Zion,
To those in Jacob who repent of their sins.

8. DIABOLICAL CONQUEST

The wrath of God is revealed from heaven
Against all ungodliness and unrighteousness
Of those who in their wickedness
Suppress and stifle the truth

That which is known about God
Is evident in their inner consciousness
For God made it evident to them

Like unreasoning animals
Mere creatures of instinct
Born to be captured and destroyed
They will perish in their own corruption
For even though they knew God as the Creator
They did not honor Him as God or give thanks
They became worthless in their thinking
And their foolish heart was darkened

Claiming to be wise, they became fools
And exchanged the glory and majesty
And excellence of the immortal God
For an image of worthless idols

That which is known about God
Is evident in their inner consciousness
For God made it evident to them

Like unreasoning animals
Mere creatures of instinct
Born to be captured and destroyed
They will perish in their own corruption
For even though they knew God as the Creator
They did not honor Him as God or give thanks
They became worthless in their thinking
And their foolish heart was darkened

Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their own hearts to impurity, abandoning them to the degrading power of sin
Because they chose to exchange the truth of God for a lie
And worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator

For ever since the creation of the world
His eternal power and divine nature
Have been clearly seen through His works
So that they are without excuse and without defense

9. IN THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty

I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge
And my fortress, My God, in whom I trust
For He will save you from the trap of the fowler
He will save you from the deadly pestilence

"Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him
I will set him on high, because he knows My name
He will call upon Me, and I will answer him
I will be with him in trouble
And let him see My salvation”

He will cover you with His pinions
His faithfulness is a shield and a wall
A thousand may fall at your side
And ten thousand at your right hand
But danger will not come near you

"Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him
I will set him on high, because he knows My name
He will call upon Me, and I will answer him
I will be with him in trouble
And let him see My salvation”

He will command His angels in regard to you
To protect and guard you in all your ways
They will lift you up in their hands
And under His wings you will find refuge

You will only look on with your eyes
And witness the divine repayment of the wicked
Because you have made the Lord, your refuge
Even the Most High, your dwelling place

10. THE SOVEREIGN ONE

Oh Lord, I have heard the report about You and I fear.
Revive Your work in the midst of the years;
In wrath remember compassion and love.

His splendor and majesty covers the heavens,
And the earth is full of His praise.

His brightness is like the sunlight,
Bright rays are flashing from His hand;
And there in the sunlike splendor,
Is the hiding place of His power.

He stood and measured the earth;
He looked and startled the nations.

The mountains saw Him and trembled;
The ancient hills bowed low and collapsed.

The eternal mountains were shattered.

His ways are eternal;
He marches on forever.
Before Him goes the pestilence,
And the burning plague of condemnation follows at His feet.

I heard and my whole inner self trembled;
My lips quivered at the sound.
Yet I will rejoice in the Lord;
I will shout in joy in the God of my salvation!

His brightness is like the sunlight;
Bright rays are flashing from His hand.
And there in the sunlike splendor,
Is the hiding place of His power.

You trampled on the surge of many waters,
The downpour of waters swept by.

In indignation You marched through the earth;
In anger You trampled and threshed the nations.
You went forth for the salvation of Your people,
You struck the head from the house of the wicked.

The Sovereign Lord is my strength!

His brightness is like the sunlight;
Bright rays are flashing from His hand.
And there in the sunlike splendor,
Is the hiding place of His power.

11. PRAISE OF THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised;
He is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are worthless,
But the Lord made the heavens.
Splendor and majesty are before Him;
Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness;
Tremble before Him, all the earth.

Be praised!

Let all those be ashamed who serve carved images, who boast in idols.
For you are the Lord Most High over all the earth;
You are exalted far above all gods.

Clouds and thick darkness surround Him;
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
Fire goes before Him and burns up His adversaries on all sides.
His lightnings have illuminated the world;
The earth has seen and trembled.
The mountains have melted at the presence of the Lord,
At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

Be praised!

Let all those be ashamed who serve carved images, who boast in idols.
For you are the Lord Most High over all the earth;
You are exalted far above all gods.

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice;
Let the sea roar, and all the things it contains;
Let the field be exultant, and all that is in it.
Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the Lord, for He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth.
He will judge the world with righteousness and the peoples in His faithfulness.

"His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns;
And he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations:
And he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,
'King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.'"

Praise and give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.

12. CIRCUS OF FLESH

Souls caught in awe, to watch the splendour of the world
Even the chosen fall before the glory of Babylon
The demand of the eye and the lust of the flesh
All will be found in the path of temptations

Souls wandering in slavery, running after vanity
Enslaved to sins and pleasures, in the circus of flesh

Blindfolded eyes unable to see behind reality
Bound in the needs of the material sanctuary
Both rich and poor bow before the golden image
Too numb to hear the call to redemption

Souls wandering in slavery, running after vanity
Enslaved to sins and pleasures, in the circus of flesh

Without questioning following the master plan
No will to escape the carnival
Beneath the splendour awaits the rotting grave
The cup of demons, slaughter of your soul

The circus of flesh
All enjoyment available
Experience the pleasure
Join into depravity

The circus of flesh
All hell is awaiting
For your sudden arrival
Experience the awake in Hell
