2. CAGED

Shut down, freezing in the pouring rain
Hope costs and misery is free
These days it seems like we are chasing dreams

Caged - this life is purgatory

3. CONFESS

I see the light leaving your eyes
Becoming that which i despise
In this confusion you bring fear
To undermine all we hold dear

Under duress you must confess
This aggravation leads to loneliness closing your mind you shift the blame
Or you try to sell your lies

In the night no time for dreams
Nothing ever what it seems
Highly stung I can’t unwind
Too much chaos in my mind

King on a twilight throne
In silence and all alone
Fighting sleep there is no time
Moving mountains I must climb
Sweet embrace insomnia

So begin the endless days
Walking slowly in a haze
Waiting for the dark to fall

5. COMPUTER WARRIOR

A picture perfect world a life so indiscreet
Where friends and enemies walk past you in the street
No consequences for the actions that you take
A plastic universe where everything is fake

You hide behind a screen of lies encrypted fortresses defend
A silver screen you can’t be seen this is the end computer warrior

You live in solitude in underground decay
Your subterranean you speak in binary
One day reality will take your guard away
You’ll lose your armour and the world will have its say


6. MEAN STREETS

Will I stick to the straight and narrow?
Will I stay true will I defend?
But if I had to beg or borrow
Will servitude come to an end

Toe to toe feed the machine
To waste this time would make me scream aloud in vain

Life is hard on these mean streets
Like a rat trapped in a cage
But you’ll learn on these mean streets
Just what it’s like to feel this rage

This tragedy unfolds before me
Impossible to comprehend
This has become a life of agony
So just stay close until the end


7. EYES IN THE NIGHT

Heartstrings are strained
Beaten and maimed
Losing the breath from inside of me
Must be regained

Control the rage
Bury the pain
Look to your core
Open the door to your enemies

Eyes in the night watching me go
Dreams of the life I used to know
Ghosts of the past must be laid to rest
But how can I tell them it’s for the best
Look to the light, eyes in the night

Here in this cell

In military order, the people congregate around the sun
There panic at the border
