1. VISIONS OF CERTAIN DEATH

Onwards to new beginnings
Trying to leave the past behind
Out of the body... I didn't ask for these visions

The deep, dark, hellish voids of my mind
Where nightmares vividly come to life
My worst fears I have come to face
In this uninhabitable, wretched, fearful place

I asked to see and this is what I got
Death itself, I fear not
It's the sight of damned eternal rot
That I will finish by the end of this knot

I succumb to these visions of dying
Still I see the irony of it all
That I lost the strength to cope
By hanging at the end of a rope

This empty vessel, this empty shell
My face still showing signs of this hell
May it be a reminder for those to see
Let my body disintegrate, hanging from this tree

Visions of certain death


2. SELF-INDUCED HYSTERIA

Consciousness set adrift,
Through time and space.
Weightless in nothingness,
Moving without pace.

Paralyzed.
No longer in the flesh.
Aghast.
Dealt the dead hand of the past.

Whirls of clouds,
Floating undecidedly just yet.
Nauseating, repeating motions.
Panic.
Hysteria.
Regret.

A rotten incarnation of myself,
Separate entities swallowing my being,
While drifting apart.
Hysterical sightseeing.

In a trance, in one glance...
Terrified!
