1. CURSE STILL LINGERS ON

Boat from the north lands to shores
Its passenger is filled with ill omen
Sort of miracle she yet lives;
her health is in great disarray
In great pain she stood and ask
"Might I be able to meet the one
Who knows hexes and curses?"
Person in presence points the way

"There is one well known witch
Mad with her crazed delusions
Be forewarned, by-passers there
Are not kindly taken"
In desperate state she moves on
Ignoring the warnings she needs to hear
With pained steps the travel begins
Towards salvation or doom still grieving

North girl's life in peril
The curse still lingers on
Even sailed far from home
The pain still consumes her away
Darkened shack is in the sight
Only to unwelcome anyone near
As the poor girl leans closer
it's resident instantly is aware

Out came witch with blabbering rant
Yelling chantings and forebodings
Regret is shown on girl's face
Escape now or to oblivion perish!

North girl's life in peril
The curse still lingers on
Even sailed far from home
The pain forever consumes her away
Far she managed to run
But solution to her woe is out of reach
In gloom she wonders back to boat
Until someone from behind arrives

It's the witch from the shack
My curse led her to me
"I feel the vexing plague in you
To grab hold on you deadly tight
So anything you do to try to ease the pain
Only strengthens the hold
Way to be released is to
Endure until your life is nigh”

With these words witch flies away
Leaving girl in desperate state
Travels to south for nothing
Is like forceful blow to the gloomy face
In defeat she arrives to her boat
Setting sails back to north
In anemic mind she frowns
Until the boat in fog vanishes away
