God reveals His presence
Let us now adore Him
And with awe appear before Him
God is in His temple

3. CROWN THE SAVIOUR LORD OF ALL

Arm of the Lord, awake, awake!
Put on Thy strength, the nations shake
And let the world, adoring, see
Triumphs of mercy wrought by Thee

Say to the heathen from Thy throne
'I am Jehovah, God alone'
Thy voice their idols shall confound
And cast their altars to the ground

Let Zion's time of favour come
O bring the tribes of Israel home
And let our wondering eyes behold
Gentiles and Judahite in Jesus' fold

Almighty God, Thy grace proclaim
In every clime of every name

Let adverse powers before Thee fall
And crown the Saviour Lord of all

Christ is made the sure foundation
Christ the head and corner stone
Chosen of the Lord, and precious
Binding all the Church in one
Holy Zion's help for ever
And her confidence alone

All that dedicated city
Dearly loved of God on high
In exultant jubilation
Pours perpetual melody
God the One in Three adoring
In glad hymns eternally

To this temple, where we call Thee
Come, O Lord of hosts, to-day
With Thy wonted loving-kindness
Hear Thy servants, as they pray
And Thy fullest benediction
Shed within its walls alway

Here vouchsafe to all Thy servants
What they ask of Thee to gain
What they gain from Thee for ever
With the blessed to retain
And hereafter in Thy glory

Laud and honour to the Father

5. ALL OF THEE

O the bitter shame and sorrow
That a time could ever be
When I let the Saviour's pity
Plead in vain, and proudly answered
'All of self, and none of Thee!'

Yet He found me; I beheld Him
Bleeding on the accursed tree
Heard Him pray, 'Forgive them, Father!'
And my wistful heart and said faintly
'Some of self, and some of Thee!'

Day by day His tender mercy
Healing, helping, full and free
Sweet and strong, and ah! so patient
Brought me lower, while I whispered
'Less of self, and more of Thee!'

Higher than the highest heavens
Deeper than the deepest sea
Lord, Thy love at last hath conquered
Grant me now my supplication
'None of self, and all of Thee!'
