I struggle to feel anything but cold and despair.

But a pang of ice strikes deep inside of my mind.
Maybe if I howl like the wind I can find serenity in her arms.

Boundless terrifying freedom.
Like a great never ending sky reaching for eternity.

Light casts a shadow shrouding Gaia in black smoke.
Choking smog engulfs and brings the people to their knees.

Slumlords and their rats living side by side in filth.
Titanic steel meets the sun, achingly close, always out of reach.

Energy, a way of death, sap the life from the core.
Profit over humankind, snuff the soul, divert the blame.
