1. MY ENDING QUEST

This is my solitary voyage
A tribute to the twilight sky
For eons I shall remain

Slowly I begin to disintegrate
To become one with the darkness
That prevails here above
So pure and conspicuous

Like a leaf flying with the wind
I'm sweeping above the clouds
Floating in the darkness
So beautiful and silent

My journey ends...

A fading star I am
Upon the beauty
So dark and mighty
And yet so bright

The bottomless and eternal sleep
Embraces me with cold winds
Gently I close my eyes
For the glorious gloom

The end of my quest...


2. VALE OF TEARS

I'm slowly sinking into nothingness
The hope of recovery is lost
Illusions of what shall become...
Are flashing before my eyes

The strings that hold me here
Are slowly losing the grip
The flames of immense grief
Burn deep inside of me

Slowly I vanish into the mist
Trembling in the darkness
That hides the light
For my sad eyes

I'm crawling in the darkest vale of tears
Mourning for my lost life
Illusions, of heavenly glare
Are flashing before my eyes

The strings that hold me here
Are slowly losing the grip
The flames of immense grief
Burn deep inside of me

Now drifting away
With the winds
Towards the eternity
Where shall I remain...?


3. HUMAN RELIC

I'm lying here
Alone and cold
Entombed
Lonely forever more
My only
Desire is to listen to
The flower that grows
Upon my grave

I'd sacrifice
My soul to see the sun
Arise before my eyes
My yearning, so strong

The sorrow I feel
A never ending pain
My veins filled with fear
For what may appear

Awakening in the eternal sleep
Sadness - The wind that blows death's lament
Sadness - Remains with me down below


4. THE MEMORIAL

I look back at my dark past
Reflections of sad disgrace
Which makes me fall into dark realms
(In my mind) I ride the winds of the abyss

The memory of my life, it fades...
I'm concealed in the obscure
But where will I find...?
In vain is my search
Angels, answer me...
As a shadow I float through woods so far
Fallen angels, join me

As the morning skies arise
The mountains whispered in tranquility

Be thy own God and follow
The maze of true reality
Your solitude is your bliss
Thy memorial your fortune

Into thy burning black castle from beyond
I will bring my memorial to remain

Crawling through dark passages
My candle was nearly burnt out
Lost between winding paths
Feeling an endless dismay


5. THE LOST BREED

I stand here and watching the mist-covered landscapes
Lonely forever more
The sun is arising on the blood-red horizon
My anguished cry echoes inside

A dying breed. my endless fate
Predicted by Gods of time
Now I'm left, all alone, to sow the seeds of death

Caressed by a cold wind
And shown a thousand visions of times now passed
I hear from the Dark Cloud
A mass of whispering voices and they're telling me...
Their voices surround my opened heart
It's so romantic but I can't reach...

Mourning, with sad eyes I look to the sky
The gates are open
Mourning, a beautiful dirge fills my soul
I'm forever forlorn

A dying time, my only hope, to endure the emptiness
What's left of my ancestors cries
Are buried behind times to come


6. SILENT HYMN (FOR THE DEAD)

In those cold winter nights
When the moon leads the shadows
Everything is so silent
And it brings peace to my mind
But I still hear
Shrill cries from the mist
So a silent hymn
For the dead I give...

Drowning inside these walls of cold
Draining strength from dying soul
Within black rivers and silent seas
I thought I let my powers increase

And the comets rip the sky
The holy empire rises

From the eternal sea he rises
Creating armies on either shore

Until man exists no more

Earth consumed in flames

Icons of darkness

Embraces you withing - Darkness
Coldness surrounds you - Darkness...
Darkness of the dead

Ascending - As a dark soul you're born
Ascending - And you're never to rise

And before the dark ones
You unleash your hate
And never ending grief
Forever dwelling in the crypt
Of eternal wait

Dying, but still
Gleam the shades
The shadows of gasping life
Fades for the end


10. INTO SHADOWS

Into veils of dark shadows
A misty path appears
It's ancient mystery mesmerizes
And I hear mournful voices calling
Slowly I drift away
In this journey of darkness

My silent whisper
Echoes from the past
I feel the eternal
Darkness around my soul

Portraits so distant
In a blackened gallery
I try to reach
The life I see within
My mind so frail
