5. SHADOW OF THE WOLF

Greatness awaits us,
Unleashed their darkest fears,
With eyes as bright as hell,
Deaths howling fills their ears.

As once scattered ashes,

As bloody claws drips round them,
in the shadow of the wolf.

Our lives are forged on the shoulders of giants and arenas of tyrants,

6. AS THE SNOW GATHERS

Bloody and far from home,
The sky is heavy with snow,
My time is slowly running low.

My body, freezing cold,
We're the last of a dying world,
These are the last days of old.

My time will end here shortly,
The snow entombs me slowly,
This battles lost, my body broken.

The morning that we left,
we held our loved ones close and cried,
We know so many wouldn't make it back alive.
We knew we stood no chance
as we said our last goodbyes,
We fought for you, and for you we'll die.

We battled hard and long,
But we couldn't tame this storm,
My eyes are frozen, open.

Their numbers were too great,
We fell like autumn leaves,
As the snow gathers, my bodies broken.
Lying here in a mix of regret and pride,

If I'd known of this faith, would I have still come here
to fight?
Thinking of all I was waiting for and all I've yet to say,
I thought I had so much time, but it's been taken away.

I hoped one day, we'd be old and grey,
I hoped one day we could wake up and feel safe.
Still I love you with all the love a heart can hold,
But I couldn't be "this great warrior" when it was
needed most.

They will know that few stood against many,
Even though our chances were hopeless.
Just for the hope, That the beauty that we see,
Doesn't go unnoticed.

Our time with earthly feet has ended,
Our fathers of old are calling us to the mighty halls,
It's time to take our place,
or let our ghosts haunt this place.
To wait greeting our comrades who are yet to fall.

I'm not saying we would have done better,
but at least we could have called this our time,
I'm not saying we would have done better,
But we couldn't out last this night.


7. ECHOES THROUGH OUR BLOOD

As I place the bloodied sword, once again by my side.
I watch as the life leaves, my enemies eyes.
His body falls limp, He gasps his last breath.
He fought a good fight, he earned his soldiers death.

My body now feels broken, defeated, weak and sore.
And my fighting spirit, wishes for no more.

But for the blood I have lost, both families and friends.
There can be no forgiveness, there will be no end.

I look across the battlefield, my brother's are dying for which they stand.
To protect their families bloodline, To defend their fathers land.
I've to question what we fight for, Is it worth the blood spilt.
Then I picture my dead loved ones, Then the rage in me ceases to quit.

My body may be broken, but my will is still my own.
For you to defeat me, you will have to tear the flesh from my broken bones.
For that what keeps me going, keeps the fire in my heart,
The thoughts of losing loved ones, tearing my family apart.
For each time I kill another, Someone's father, Someone's son.
I look to the skies and question, what have I done?
But when I finally perish, meet the one who takes my life.
Leave this broken body, send my spirit to the sky.


8. AGAINST ALL ODDS (ALL THE BATTLES TO COME - PART II)

Hello my love, I have returned,
I have mended all those bridges burned.

But through all the battles and the scars I've earned,
