1. SHADOW OF TRAGEDY

Most of them are silent,
A host of hollow times
Waves of doubt like rivers
That flow from the bloodstream
Of tragedy

It happens every day,
The answers are lying here
In mocking solar cages
Of fear and conformity

How lonely is the sun that shines on everyone
How hungry is the moon that bleeds the fading sun
And only for a chance to feel it's warm embrace

The sickness of dreams,
The dreams of lunar spheres
The Earth that never sleeps

How precious is this life...how lonely are the gods
Are the answers in the stars?
Are they right before our eyes?


2. AN ANCIENT SHAME

Born into a world that's been defined
The art of difference a blasphemy of thought
Realization screaming
Trapped in a circle of stone,
I c me to wonder, has my truth been shown?

To walk in the shadow,
The shade of blind faith
Never the truth shown

Shrouded by ages,
Prophetic false wisdom
An ancient shame

And so confide in the body divine
With insect- like legs
The biosphere evades the light,
And ancient shames

The twisting tales
Of winters creation
A sadness beyond pain

The worship betrayal,
Corruption the skin,
Malignant, lie down in time

Forcing the theory, control the soul,
Reading the verses that spill from the hole

Amazing the ears, subhuman the minds,
Who praise the white robe,
Who worship the black, it's all the same


3. TORTURED SKIES

A thousand years
Of pain and no-one holds
The key to unlock this door
Unresponsive to the minds
That scream in anguish

Warping of emotions,
And all you see
Never to behold the day,
A sinking vision,
Never to behold the day

Another life beyond the cold
Perceptions of humanity
Another life
I feel the skin peel of my back
Free from flesh I am one. I am the earth

Behind the lies you'll find
The tortured skies within me

Rise beyond the aching cries,
And listen to the powers 4
To run where others crawl
To achieve total regression


4. EMBERS IN A WORLD ABLAZE

Shining throughout this coal-type world,
Billions of hearts alight
With different instructions encoded,
A life not born to fade

A world gone blind in light,
Embers in a world ablaze...

Some are expanding,
Making the world their own
Others bright in themselves
No need to spread

But still the embers flourish,
While some are left to die
A glimpse of truth now hidden,
Which no-one will ever find

Smog lifts it's unformed head
Exposing the flame
Embers in a world ablaze...
All as one, for each has no real name

The smell of burning wisdom
Melted by the sun of reality,
From a spark of fantasy
To be devoured by the scorching tide
