3. WHEN THE HEAVENS FALL

A line of ghosts on a misty morning
Passing the moor swiftly
And the ghosts never got a warning
Walking the fields so blindly
Under my watching eyes they roam forward
To a place beyond time
The group of ghosts on a misty morning
Will meet its end shortly

Step by step, moving silently
Feel no threat, until you're lying dead.

After the smoke clears up on this dawning
We can see the fields clearly
No sign of the ghosts on the ground that's burning
They've passed beyond eternity
Under my frozen eyes they've gone away
And I'm the reason why
No hope for those who take time for grieving
Tears will kill you quickly

Feel the tremor and the shockwave
Sweep across the plains
With the power of gods I wield
All that lives will perish away
Can you feel tremor and the shockwave
In the burning rain
Screaming out in pain and fear
There is no salvation from this end


4. TORN

Slowly I walk toward the end of today
Could I set with the sun
And never rise again?
Every now and then I feel
Like I just can't pretend anymore
When my past is catching up with me

A silent cry for a life torn apart
A solitary tear for all the needless grief
Can you hear me now?
Screaming down here
After years in pain I won't just fade away!

Looking from this prison
My past has built me
Into a future that lies unknown
While these neverending
Nightmares haunt me
I am a man whose soul is torn

For a moment I think I hear
The sound of thunder
It's taking me back to the fields
Where my nightmares were born
Every now and then I can't help but wonder
What is left of the man I used to be?
