Why can't I sleep?
I did not commit any crime.

Sorrows vapour fills your nostrils
Hope is guarded by black veils
Your legs grown too weak to wander on
The wind now carries you away

These cold, damp walls that hold you captive
They too will meet their end in time
Your restless thoughts begin to wander
As you ask: Have you lost or found your mind?

You’ve seen the embers of unrest
Set your bed on fire
No tranquil nights of dormant sleep
Until your life expires

I will go on until I will find my rest
