They build new gods for us to obey
They raise themselves to a higher place
They buy absolution and wash their sins away
We bought all their lies and we light the sky

Long have lasted the years in madness
In the garden of the fools
Flying high in the sky in dreams

Face of the sky is darkened by hate
The curtains will fall
Sadly sing the sirens near the end
At the brink of apocalypse

We select the ranks and leaders of the faith
The eyes of the world are crying tears of hate
We select our benefactors and they'll proclaim as gods
Our actions will determine and seal our fate

Long have lasted the years in silence
In the gardens of the dead
Fly on sad wings of destiny into the future
Is our hope forlorn?
Baleful winds hum our songs in darkness
Over vales of time
Cadaverous face of the sky is crying
Ashes of the world

...And in the end we all know how the story ends
We all saw the fall of the giants of our time
We all saw the signs and ignored them after all
We all are doomed by our actions we will fall
