1. TREES AS MY GRAVESTONE

I wandered the world
Crossed all fields and lakes
Lands and oceans
Mountains and caves
To find a reason to be

I explored the earth
Observed the skies
In its wildest, purest forms
Evermore towards the horizon
Further and further

Reaching for the unknown
Searching for an end
One road leads to another
A maze of unnamed paths

My hair turned grey,
My vision gets blurry
The years are passing by
Endless before my eyes

And I see…
My Time has come

Nyt on aika levätä,

Now it's time to rest,
To take one last breath
Time to close my eyes

And I lay down
In the forest I call home.
