Exhausted, beat down, life took your glow of hope
The reaper is near, you can feel its grope
It fondles you with its cold and warm hands
A breathless hymn, a skeletal chant

Stertorous sound wheezes when you try to breathe
Feel your senses decay as your lungs squeeze
You want only to forget your malicious past
Happiness is gone when your whole body grasps

Tired of life, bowed down to your knees
See the final shine behind those trees
As the ravens watch your life slip away
Yesterday, tomorrow, but what about today

See its eyes, you can see them bleed
Feel its gaze, you can hear him speak
I know that youre tired, this journey must end

Death will reveal you what really is solemn
Guttural blood growl when your throat is open
A slash that will take you away from this space
