1. TOWER

Wind is raw, the air is stale,
On this cold winter's night.
Sent alone to tell a tale,
From the land of Delmite.
Journey starts at the edge of town,
With the stars as my guide.
There's no one here, but my empty thoughts,
And the sword by my side.

Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.
Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.

Sun is leaving the darkened clouds,
As it slips past the hills.
Slow moon climbs way up in the sky,
Keeps the heavens so still.
Come this far, though I know not why,
Said the things I've been told.
Greedy village, that has sent me here,
For its own pot of gold.

Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.
Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.

Everywhere the wind did sail,
The castle lies just ahead.
Blade is drawn, still I carry on,
On my brow a cold sweat.
As I look there upon the hill,
There it stands so tall.
Said that stone structured wall of gold,
Will heed the voice of us all.

Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.
Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.

Just a light, from the tower,
Burning on from dusk 'till dawn.
Just a light, from the tower,
Stands the victor and his gold, and that's all.

2. LONG TIME

Sitting in my old and dusty room,
I tell myself that things will change.
But you see, when I wake up from my dreaming,
It's still the same, I can't believe you've gone away.
Writing letters by the candlelight,
I look for words to bring you back.
Can't you see, it won't let go of me,
Please let me be, and set me free.
'Cause you see, when I wake up from my dreaming,
It's still the same, I can't believe you've gone away.
The tears that I cry,
Can't you see, it's been a long time, long time, long time, long time...
Give it to me, me yeah, yeah...
I try and realize you're gone,
I tell myself that wanting you is wrong.
No matter what I say or do,
Got to learn, it's easy to forget you.
Words won't stop the pains I have inside,
Got to change the feelings that I hide.
And now the only thing left to do, is to tell ya, the only way I ever knew, now listen man...
An empty room's become an old routine,
And locked inside is all my pride.
All my tears, have run down through the years,
I'm wanting more and more of you.
I walk the streets, though they're raked with rain,
Through lonely days, the lonely nights won't stop the pain.
Yeah, living on, since time is done,
I feel this bad, yes everywhere.
For the things we had in yesterday,
And the times we shared, the times we stayed.
Long time, long time, long time, long time, long time....
Give it to me, give it to me, give it to me.
Can't you see?

3. ROCK & ROLLERS

Rollin' down the highway, I got a feeling when the clock strikes nine,
We're gonna have ourselves, yeah, a real good time.
We're feelin' more excitement, I got my ticket in my hand,
We're gonna keep on rockin', to the beat of the band.
So play it for me, yeah.

The show is just beginning, and the lights have all gone down.
The curtain's ready to rise, the spots are bright in our eyes.
They brought down the whole house, as they walked out on the stage.
They're coming on with a song, that's so hot and so loud.
So play it for me, yeah.

Rock & Rollers, we gonna see ya tonight.
Rock & Rollers, we gonna be there tonight.

Can't help but move, yeah.
Stomp my feet to that rock and roll beat.
The band is hot, come on, yeah, we like it alot.
And so play it for me.

Rock & Rollers, we gonna see you tonight.
Rock & Rollers, we gonna be there tonight.
Rock & Rollers, we gonna see ya tonight.
Rock & Rollers, we gonna be there tonight.

Can't help but move, yeah,
Stomp my feet to that rock and roll beat.
The band is hot, come on, yeah, we like it alot.
So play it for me.

Rock & Rollers, we gonna see ya tonight.
Rock & Rollers, we gonna be there tonight !

4. BROKEN DREAMS

Looking out my window pane,
Sitting by the door alone.
She's left me once again,
Cheap wigs and long black hose.
It's an every night affair,
With someone new she says.
I've lost my taste for toys,
I bring joy to little boys.
She puts on a brand new face,
Her baby blues and long white lace.
She turns to hug, and hold me tight,
Whatever soothes me in my fright.
She's gonna soon be leaving town,
With some other man she's found.
She tells me I'm a big boy now,
And just be a little, little proud.

Mother, can't you see what I need?
Mother, can't you hear when I plead?

Broken hearts, and broken dreams,
Are what I've made my life, it seems.
Little children soon grow old,
So that's what I'm taught and told.
I can't explain the pains I hide,
No matter how I try and try.
Everything I do seems wrong,
Ever since the day I was born.

Mother, can't you see what I need?
Mother, can't you hear when I plead?

Wipe the tears away, from my face,
As I turned and walked, from that place.
Leave my past behind, without a trace.
Looking back, I'm older now,
Seems I might have cried too loud.
It took too long to see,
I was the one to set me free.
Some people say, I'm looking good,
And for my age, I really should.
I'm just an old man, on the brink,
And maybe, that's the way that they think.

5. MARINER

I'm an old man on the sea,
Sailed the straits alone, my ship and me.
Wait each day for her last call,
The night will come, and she will take it all.
Take me where the winds have blown,
On an endless voyage home,
Where the albatross has flown.
Swabbed the decks both near and far,
Around the cape, my mate, and old Jack Tar.
Fought with Nelson side by side,
He's just a man with wits, and some time to bide.
Take me where the winds have blown.
On an endless voyage home.
Where the albatross has flown.

La, la-la, la, la, la, la-la.
La, la-la, la, la, la, la-la.
La, la-la, la, la, la, la-la.
La, la-la, la, la, la, la-la.
La, la-la, la, la, la, la-la.

Just an old man on the sea,
Sailed the straits alone, my ship and me.
Wait each day for her last call,
Night will come, and she will take it all.
Take me where the winds have blown,
On an endless voyage home.
Where the albatross has flown.

6. SUNDAY MORNING

So it began that day, on royal grounds,
She met the Prince that she would try to tie him down.
He held the reigns of power, and many a victory,
And won the hearts of women, with his chivalry.
Now the Queen had told the King about the Baroness,
How she had fell in love with a Knight of the very best.
Word soon spread fast, around the castle and the land,
They were in love, and she would soon take his hand.
Well she missed her chance,
To grab romance.
He left that day,
On a Sunday morning,
They say.
The King had made arrangements, for their Wedding Day,
No price too big enough, that he wouldn't pay.
What happened then, was something only they could tell,
She watched him gallop off, as the whole town-people yelled.
Well she missed her chance,
To grab romance.
He left that day,
On a Sunday morning,
They say.

7. ON & ON

As time goes on,
I feel the morning light it seems,
Seems like I've been here far too long.
Every time I feel this way,
Thinking of you, always makes me stay.
So it goes on and on and on,
Never saying how I feel.
It goes on and on and on,
Why won't I heal?
Said it goes on and on and on,
Like a violent summer rain.
It goes on and on and on,
Can you feel my pain?
Things we said that night are gone,
Now I wish I could have told you more.
But sometimes words seem hard to find,
'Cause now I've left myself behind.
So it goes on and on and on,
Never saying how I feel.
It goes on and on and on,
Why won't I heal.
Said it goes on and on and on,
Like a violent summer rain.
It goes on and on and on,
Can you feel my pain?
Every night's the same,
I have myself to blame.
Cursing out, and callin' out to me,
Well tell myself, it took more tears, it seems,
I feel the pain, coming back to me again.
Said it goes on and on and on,
Never saying how I feel.
It goes on and on and on,
Why won't I heal?
Said it goes on and on and on,
Like a violent summer rain.
It goes on and on and on,
Can you feel my pain?
It goes on and on and on,
Never saying how I feel.
It goes on and on and on,
Why won't I heal?
It goes on and on and on,
Like a violent summer rain.
It goes on and on and on,
Can you feel my pain?
