1. NEW CHAPTER

Wanting to be an instrument to build god’s army,
The search began for the soldiers of christ.
Confident in the things to come,
We started a journey to proclaim god’s word.

Through all these tears,
Through all this time,
Through all this pain we’ve come;
But now we’re back,
Now we’re here,
Taking this challenge without fear.
This is now – this is the time,
A new beginning – the new chapter.

So we hit the road, going the way that we thought was right
To realize that without god’s guidance
We will fail – we had to learn to handle
Our problems first.

Before we could be instruments for the risen one,
With His help we remove the stumbling stones
And learn in him
We can be strong.

Still something wasn't right – always on the run
To find what we fight for.
So we're at this point right now.
What will be the next?
A new chapter is opened.
In trust we take the next step.)


2. POUNDED

The sweet life burns like a fire,
No rescue for my pounded soul,
No one interested in my opinions.
Nested programs in my head,
A vicious paradigm for trivial life,
Mental derangement embraces me.
Cut off by my own excuses,
Levitating through the haze.

Pounded
By my own rejection.
Hollowed
And dashed by sin.
Confounded
Due to lousy advice.
Lifeless under hollowed skin.

My soul destroyed by anger and painabout my life, pounded by sin.

Visionary ways my mind is building
To escape my nightmare,
Pillow in a padded room,
Where I lay my head.
Falling into deep black emptiness,
Waiting for my downfall,
Delirious thoughts compounded by sin.

3. BRIGHTNESS IN DARK

Step by step it came over me,
Not a hunch of how the world's going on.
Blind in suspense ‘cause of my doubts,
Grew up seeing life's darkness.
Learned to live in society.
Did things people wanted me.
Increased more 'n more in my qualities
Like a slave, rushing to cold hard money.

Darkness, darkness -
Surrounds me more!
Wheels of time -
Drown my life!

There's brightness in the dark
A view of hope you gave!

Everything I see is corrupted world.
Such quiet and unseen strings are pulled.
In front of me poor humanity

Day by day what am I working for?
