Upon Shadows were formed in the middles of 2002 in Montevideo, Uruguay. Line-up: Marcelo Aguilar in guitar and vocals, Natalia Arocena in bass guitar Tamara Picardo in keyboards and drums programming. Their music style could be inside of Dark Metal, and is the result of the influences of the three members, who come of being active part from the national metal scene. A few month of being formed as a band, Upon Shadows started to recorded their first demo work which was mixed and mastering by them self. They also made the design and the edition, obtaining a very personal work. In this CD we can find 14 tracks (about 45 min.) with a big range of keyboard effects giving the most soft and melancholic melodies to the hard weight of guitars, bass and vocals. The atmosphere of both music and lyrics have a conceptual thematic. It's a CD that talks to us about magic and myths.
