TOTTEN KORPS

Born in 1989 in Santiago, Chile ... Their first demo was recorded in the studies BER in 1990, containing 4 songs, it was called "The King of Hell Reclaims His Throne" and received a good response in the Underground national scene, however received letters of support from the most recondite places on the planet.

In 1992 grabò demo Called "For the hellish Insurrection," which was recorded in studies "Procor" this demonstration was a model for what is coming later and Totten Korps, began to distinguish his own style, which by the not very good sound of this work, it was not very encouraged, but fans also accepted as a good piece of brutal Death Metal.

In 1993, after several presentations through several cities in Chile, the band decided to record a second demo, "Our Lords Almighty," which featured songs 5 and was released a year later as a mini CD on the label Brazilian Hellion Rec .. This release gave Totten Korps a great reputation in the Underground scene around the world.

By mid-1994 the band suffers from the dissolution of its members, over a period until 1998.

In 1998, Fernando Toro and Francisco Torres and Gerardo Valenzuela (members of the founder of TK) decided to reform the band again, but giving a touch more technical and mystical at the same time, adding a touch of brutality and speed not seen before in Chilean bands being retrained: Fernando T. (Guitar), Gerardo V. (Voice), Francis T. (Guitar), Cristian Ortiz (bass) and Sergio Aravena (Drums). With this training the band got signed by Repulse Rec. Recording their first album in the summer of that year with a production technically not acceptable, that both sides, Banda and Seal, decided not to launch this recording.

Shortly thereafter, Francisco Torres decided to move away from Totten Korps and continues Gerardo Valenzuela being aligned: Cristian Soto (Darmoniac) and Fernando Toro in guitars, Cristian Ortiz on bass and vocals, and Sergio Aravena in Drums, finally recording his first album Integral Tharnheim: Ati---Nhi Lan, The Cyclopean Crypts of Citadels "in January 2000, this work was recorded in the studies HIT By Claudio Torres and mastered in studios CLIO by Joaquin Garcia.

This album, full of Death Metal brutal Dark high quality, was launched in May 2002 and marked the reputation of Totten Korps around the world, receiving many good criticism.
