Revolution Within were born early in 2005 when Raça (vocals), Faster (guitar), Matador (guitar), Sono (bass) and Prata (drums) deicide to realize an old dream: to form an metal band.
First concert happens in October 2005, creating a good reaction next to the audience.
Concerts began regularly in order to increase a large number of listeners and friends, including participation in some important portuguese underground events, and sharing the stage with some of the best portuguese metal bands.
Those concerts also give us some reckoning and the oportunity to share the stage with several international metal bands such as Kreator, Dew-Scented, Hatesphere, Vomitory, Aura Noir, Avulsed, Desaster, Gama Bomb and Angelus Apatrida.
In March 2009 Shaq, a long time friend, becames our drummer. That gives us the chance to continue our crusade.
“Collision” debut album was released in October 19 in Portugal, through Rastilho Records. It's also available in other countries such as Germany and Netherlands.
In January 2010 we were consider Revelation Band by Loud! magazine readers. The album reviews were extremely postive, that give us more strenght and motivation to continue our work.
Our live performances are the best way we have to show our strength. Just ask the people that have see us...
