Perpetual Warfare was formed in 2005, a thrash metal band formed at the time by Camilo Muñoz "evilthrasher" Wilson Muñoz "evildrinker and Johan Cardona" evilratt "then, Juan David Salamanca joined to play the guitar, with whom was recorded the demo "LOS PRINCIPIOS DE LA GUERRA" which brought the simple “LLANTO INOCENTE” in 2007, long after Juan would leave the band for personal reasons and after a long search Steven Layton would become the new member of the family, who would enhance the sound of Perpetual Warfare. As a result the Perpetual Warfare became in a strong, technical and fast Thrash metal band, with direct lyrics, deep and strong criticism of the reality, but mostly with a clear message of discontent to the systems that govern our society. This, coupled to a brutal energy on stage has characterized in numerous events the Perpetual Warfare style. The first full length of Perpetual Warfare it's called "JUSTICIA, LIBERTAD Y DECADENCIA" 8 tracks full of pure aggression , it's comming son.Perpetual Warfare has shared stage with a variety of Colombian bands who besides being great musicians of huge experience, they are brothers of metal too, and mates of good times and hard times, whom we say thanks and appreciated their unconditional support,and you have to know that we will keep figthing until the end! We do not follow a single ideology, we know that this society is corrupted by money and it..s blinded by a plage called religious fanaticism. we have forgotten our origins, following false stereotypes; we are destroying nature and Mother Earth, only to contribute more to a capitalism that very soon we will kill and be in charge of burying alive, we are trying to combat that through music, we may not change the world but our scream of protest will never be silent, and even the church or the government won't oppress us.
