The Line-up :
OSIRION is an old school BLACK METAL band from Savoie (France), born in November 2001 by the will of TURANNOS (composition, guitars) to spread the True Black Metal spirit, in opposition to the actual and commercial B.M. He was only helped by NIELUGE (voices & guitars) at the beginning. TURANNOS, before funding OSIRION, has created or integrated several bands which best was ANIMUS HERILIS. In February 2002, MALDOROR joined us as a bass player, and the striker BARBITURIK completed the line-up since April 2002. Due to a lack of motivation, NIELUGE was replaced by VALHARIK since April 2003. MALDOROR must leave the band because of professionnal reasons. He will be replaced soon.
The Music :
- Our first album "Har Sabbat" is out since apr. 05 at DUKE's.
- The first demo, named "An Opus for Lucifer", was an analogic recording with a rhythms box and was out in April 2002 : it was since remastered and reedited, limited to 66.
- The second demo was numerically recorded; baptised "Evil Made History", it is out since February 2003 on D.U.K.E. A title on a promo tape appeared at Symbolic prod.
- A split CD-R (with Zarach'Baal'Taragh) containing live tracks is out in summer 2003 at Symbolic Prod.
Our music is raw and old school : screaming voices, total misanthropic lyrics, also nihilistic and anti-religious, guitars riffs are sometimes speed, sometimes heavy in order to deliver rage and hate. And Barbituric blasts without mercy!

Projects :
- We look for gigs in our land to spread the chaos on stage! We did 12 gigs, in particular with great bands such as Decapitated (Pl), Gorerotted (UK), Himinbjorg (Fr), Arkhon Infaustus (Fr), Scarve (Fr), Otargos (Fr), Belenos (Fr) or Benighted (Fr). And some others gigs are planed.
- Several appearances are planed for 2005-06 on UG splits and compilations: " Tribute to Old School Spirit " part. III, a split tape with 4 titles by OSIRION is out in nov. 04 at War prod (P), Ep vinyl at Winterreich prod (Australia)...
- A DVD-r containing live titles will be out end 05.
- Some UG labels purpose us to recorded the second album, but no deal is decided now.
