This is Norris, a relentless musical force that first exploded onto the scene in Thunder Bay, Ontario in the summer of 2005. With several brutally heavy & technical , the band gained one of the most rabid followings the Thunder Bay, On. scene had ever experienced. Shortly after their 1st show they recorded their E.P. "Ladies And Gentlemen, We Regret To Inform You That Our Worldwide Anthem Is An Explosion" which was met with great acclaim in the community, and the band set out on their 1st Canadian tour. After demolishing audiences across the country (in Prince George, B.C. a show-goer broke his arm in a Norris pit, only to stick around after the show and have his E.P. autographed by the band), the band returned to T.Bay to work on the follow-up to their E.P.

During the writing, the direction and mentality of the band seemed to shift directions. After some decisions, the band decided to part ways to concentrate on other areas of their life. Everyone seemed to move on in other areas, but they were all drawn back to the band after a year and a half.

Now, after one and a half years of inactivity, all 5 have realized that Norris is the only true way to express themselves to the world. In the summer of 2008, Norris met up in the summer and took only a month to create their new EP "Bone Crusher" and release it on unsuspecting audiences all across the country, and then embarked on a month long tour of Western Ontario once again. Witnesses to their live shows have see a performance that left them picking their jaws up(as well as several appendages) off the floor, and the response to Norris was a positive one, even after the long break.

Now, with a lineup change and a fresh outlook on the band, Norris is gearing up to spend the bulk of 2009 on the road, tearing Canada to shreds. Keep your eyes peeled when they roll through your town and burn it to the fucking ground.
