Love On The Lips Of A Whore started back in 2006 as a side project of Mannequin Love Affair frontman Neil Andersen but quickly became his main focus. After many lineup changes and the merge of Mannequin Love Affair members and tracks becoming part of Love On The Lips Of A Whore, LOTLOAW became a main full time project. The band recorded their debut EP "Medical Torture" which was thought to originally be a Mannequin Love Affair release so it is also known as the Mannequin Love Affair S/T EP as well due to the timing of both bands merging at the time of release. After the leave of former Mannequin Love Affair members Joseph Haro (guitars), Chris Hunter (drums) and Grace Young (keys), the band went into what they thought was the worst period in their career. In 2010, after many problems, members leaving and a lack of label support, LOTLOAW released their debut full length entitled "Asylum" on Brkenmirrr Records. The album featured session drummer Anthony Zepeda and guest vocalist Alex Costillo from Severance, Grace Young on keys, and Clinton Clark from Forever Convicted on bass. The album was their breakthrough release into the symphonic deathcore genre.

In early 2010 after the recording of Asylum, The band found what was thought to be a final full lineup. The band picked up Sergio Witrago on guitars, Daniel Hatton on guitars, John Dolan on bass, Grace Young back on keys and Adrian Gallardo on drums. After a few shows and a demo recorded, the band had disagreements and parted ways. This was the point where everyone thought LOTLOAW was done for sure but it wasn't until early 2011 that LOTLOAW had arisen from the ashes to return heavier than before.

With a whole new lineup featuring Neil Andersen still on vocals, Aaron Enslow on guitars, Adam Anderson on guitars, John Dolan back on bass and Tony Rios on drums, the band is stronger than before. This time around without a keyboardist, the band has progressed into a heavier sound and into writing music about their encounters with all those who lie and cheat. Their sophomore album "Liars & Cheaters" will be coming in 2011.
