The band was formed in May 2011 by Sławek Papis(guitar, solo guitar) and Andrzej Kostrzewa( bass guitar). At the beginning musicians were focused on creating materials.the guitarist Bronek Grzywacz joined the band in August 2011. Drummer was the next sought musician. After checking some drummers, Paweł Krasiński was chosen. Unfortunately, a week after Paweł’s joining, Andrzej died suddenly of a heart attack. After a monthly break, Mateusz Stołowski was invited to be a bass player in the band. The first important concert took place in youth culture center in Aleksandrów łódzki. The band played at the end of the concert, gathering about 200 people. After positive acceptance by the audience there was time to look for musician, who would fill the gap which members of the band noticed. The next member of the band was Dawid Roźniakowski( keyboards). After several months of rehearsal, band decided to look for vocalist. In September 2012, Internal Quiet played at the Festival "Summer Dying Loud" before the stars like Mech, Anti Tunk Nun, Virgin Snatch, Coma, Luxtorpeda and Hey. After a few months, auditions became tiring. And suddenly the wanted voice was found, the voice which perfectly matched with the music of Internal Quiet. Dominik Zurovac became the vocalist and also the last member of the band. Currently the band is working on vocal lines to their songs. Till July 2013 Internal Quiet recorded one song in Case Studio in Aleksandrów Łódzki. Local Tv station in Aleksandów created a short film about the band which was called "Passion recorded by sound". A whole team gave the first concert for "Mustang Club Polska" in Zgierz, in the club V8 Motors. The concert gathered everyone who took part in work on a music video. The second important concert was played In Wrocław in a famous Club"od Zmierzchu do Świtu". “People’s positive reaction overcame our expectations” with this words you could sum up this event. Internal Quiet is planning the next concerts, for sure Wrocław will be included in our concert plans. Till the end of July music video to the song "Race For Your Life" will be published. There will be a lot of action in this video, also we can say that there will be about 15 mustangs from the club "Mustang Club Polska".
