Indestroy was a Maryland based punk influenced thrash metal band that was formed in 1983 by Mark Strassburg. They were named after a song by the local doom metal band The Obsessed and debuted with the 1986 demo session "Tortured By Fire". They broke up in 1989 with the band members going different ways.
