F.O.A.D. is a blasting black'n'roll metal band with some old school black-metal, hardcore and thrash influences. Created in 2005 by Kommander L. (also front man of projects Luctus, Division of Death) the band has recorded the first fist in the mouth of humanity, called "No peace. No love. No whores. No god.", released through autoproduction. After two years of increasing madness and alcodestruction F.O.A.D. kommando has recorded the second work, called "Anti all". This spit in face is released by the lithuanian label Inferna Profundus Records, in collaboration with Nocturnal Woodlands Productions.
