Frekker est un projet de Viking/Black Metal fondé en 2005 par Loki et Vanargand. Frekkr signifie hardi, vaillant, en vieux Germain et est l'origine du mot "Franc". En 2008, trois membres de session se joignirent au groupe pour jouer aux concerts ( pour l'instant ) à la Soap Box à Nancy. La même année, Frekkr sortit sa première démo nommée : "Völuspá". Maintenant, Frekkr recherche un label pour sortir son prochain album qui sera probablement enrgistré pendant l'été 2009.
