biografía : Flesh Incineration

Flesh Incineration is from the United States and is influenced musically by grindcore, goregrind, hardcore punk, and brutal death metal. The result is a brutally intense and heavy sound that is backed by an equally intense lyrical focus that challenges and reflects on the social, political, and spiritual with an underlying sense of hope.

Flesh Incineration began in November of 2007, slowly recording a small number of demo tracks until some of these tracks were recorded for the first official release in 2012. The Funeral Grind split was released on vinyl in May of 2012 with funeral doom act Betray the Oracle. Later that year, the 3-track single Moar Nukes Plz would be released. This release set the stage for a more active Flesh Incineration and writing for a full-length release began in 2013.

In May of 2014, Flesh Incineration's debut full-length Nescient Atrophy was released. Hand numbered CDs of the album were made available at Bandcamp and digitally the album was released on CD Baby, iTunes, Spotify, and most other digital music sites.

November 23rd, 2014 marked the release of CGR's The Slaughtered Lamb split featuring 8 bands. Available as a free download and released on CD by Sky Burns Black Records in 2015, the split features 12 tracks from Flesh Incineration. For the split, four new songs were recorded, four tracks from Nescient Atrophy were contributed, and two songs each from The Funeral Grind and Moar Nukes Plz were re-recorded. The end result is a collection of songs that span the history of Flesh Incineration's sound so far.

In February of 2015, Flesh Incineration revisited the rest of The Funeral Grind and Moar Nukes Plz tracks in order to re-release heavier and improved sounding versions of those releases.

Writing and recording for a dozen new songs began in 2015. Five of the new songs were selected and released independently in October on the Fuel For The Fire EP, which was made available as a free download. The remaining songs are some of the most crushingly heavy Flesh Incineration tracks yet and will appear on a future release...
