From the ashes of the old death/doom metal band Tragic Serenade the band Curse rised back in 2001. We played a few times and also made some songs, but it didn..t last for long. The years went on and in january of 2007, me and Bullf@n reunited our old band Curse. From that moment til..today we have created over 32 songs and we have made two selfproduced cd demos "Curse - Wintercold" and "Demorian - Christ of Evil". We are just two persons in the band, but that gives us no problem to create real good and experimental metal. We plays a real different style that can be hard to describe. From old school black metal, death, pagan, doom and goth metal we create a new sound with a lot of mystery and dark inspiration. Listen and decide by yourself and give us your opinion. Under a couple of months we have also comed up to change our bandname into Demorian instead of Curse, because that was already taken. So the band is the same as before, just the name is changed. Our influences are very various, some bands that give us the kick to play and made great songs is Nokturnal Mortum, Bathory, Hellhammer, Sodom, Marduk, Anthropolatri, Dusk, Count Raven, Apraxia, Enthroned, Samael, Hate Forest, Pagan Reign, Celtic Frost, Doomsword, Catacumba, Stribog, Loits, Autopsy, Mystic Circle and Tiamat. The list can be much longer, but there is no room for that here. For the moment we can..t do any live perfomances, the reason is that we are just two and we also do this for fun and not to earn any fucking money like many others on the scene. But if someone have a idea of how we can make a live performance, you are welcome to contact us. We prove to ourselves that you can really create music without being a four or five piece band like we was a long time ago. If you wonder what our lyrics is about, I can tell that I write very deep and sometimes psychological lyrics. Some of my deepest inspirations is about our history, war, doomsday, religion of all kind, satanism, forest, mystery, paganism, vikings, celtics, serial murderers, universe, occultism and much more. We are not a satanist band but we thinks that religion sucks and all what it stands for, we are antichristians! War, witchhunting and no right to think for yourself, be a slave is much what religion just stands for, just look into the history the answers is there. We are set on this earth to behave and live like humans and not like controlled robots without a own life and own thoughts. We must be more like our ancestors, be one with the nature and one with mother earth. We must put more of our trust into ourselves instead of a symbol of something that in fact stands for nothing, away with God !!!
