Conceived in early 2006, Defamer are a five-piece Death Metal band based in Brisbane who draw influence from most facets of extreme metal, though mainly death and black. In March/April of 2007 they recorded a four track Demo with MKH (Carbon, Astriaal), which was then mastered by Aphotic Mote (Portal). Defamer have recently recorded a new three track Demo with MKH, which has been mastered by Dale Williams. These three tracks are now available for download from this page, as well as being available on CD from our shows. We are now looking forward to recording and releasing a full length album at some point in 2008.
