At the end of 2006, in Belo Horizonte - Minas Gerais (Brazil), rises the Black/Death Metal band: Dark Suffering. The city is, undoubtedly, one of the biggest cradles of Brazilian extreme metal, having bands like Sepultura and Sarcófago, for example. Dark Suffering have intensely suffered to find the right members.There was some delay to make new songs and record them. What proves this fact is that there are only two remainder from the original line-up, Claydson (guitars) and Ítalo (vocals). But the difficulties didn't consume the will to make extreme and quality metal. Dark Suffering members are: Ítalo (vocals), Claydson (guitars), Willian (bass) and Ismael (drums). The thematics used in the songs are: anti-christianity, carnage, mutilation and obscurity, in the intense struggle among bloodthirsty creatures from hell against the christians and christianity. Dark Suffering passed by a long writing proccess and started to perform in 2008. In the first show, the band was well accepted by the public, that exalted the quality and technique used in the songs. Then, more shows were rising. Some more changes occurred in the line-up. One of them, was the entrance of Ismael (drums), replacing Bruno Teixeira, in October of 2008. In this short time, the band got organized and, in three months, modified all the existing songs. The songs got better worked on and had a quality never seen before in the whole band's existence. These facts took Dark Suffering to record their first demo, which takes the band's own name. The chosen songs for the demo were: Dark Suffering, Decapitation on the Altar and Fall of the Christians. The cd was recorded at the DR Studio and was produced, mixed and mastered by Marcos Amorim (guitars - Drowned (Belo Horizonte)). Now, Dark Suffering are bringing out their first work and continue in the struggle for extreme and quality metal.
