When Bigswede and Freddys old rock/pop band ”Madigan” was put on ice because the singer was this time in a Swedish famous TV program “Fame factory”. they decided to do something completely different and fun And without hesitation they started a Power Metal project and Bigswede realized a secret dream by starting singing lead vocals in the new band. These ideas laid the foundation to the building of the new Power/Heavy metal band "Cryonic". In “upSwedens studio” the guys recorded their first songs, and in the studio they also met another musician and bassplayer Sico that joined the band. With Bigswede as a songwriter and a lot of ideas from the others a lot were recorded. The band were able to rehears their songs for real in May -05. After some time Cryonic met and interesting musician Digger and he worked as a musicproducer and soundengineer in the studio were Cryonic used to hang out, and one day Digger recorded some synths and stuff for Cryonic (Evil mind 2007) and soon he was persuaded into joining the band. So far Bigswede had been playing rythmguitar and singing but he felt in was time to drop the axe and focus on the vocals and feel free to move around like crazy on the stage. This created the need for a new guitarist...Pretty soon Freddy met a dude at a party that played some heavy guitar. His name was Henke. Henke did one audition and it felt really awesome, so he was hired. Now the band setup was complete.
