In 2001 The Hell Tyrant and Rust Kill had a vision, to create a black metal band that was brutal and destructive. They first saw the damned light of day under the name Apocalypse Now. Soon after they changed their name to Apokalyptic Warlust becuase they felt it described their vision of an apokalyptic holocaust much better. In 2003 they released their first demo," Apokalyptic Raids". This demo contained four raw tracks, that were grim and cold sounding. This demo is now out of print.
Just months after unleashing Apokalyptic Raids, The black metal horde released a split with Mephistophelian called "Dogs of War Gather for Attack".This CD attacks you with 4 tracks from each band. Dogs of war Gather for Attack is limited to 100 copies.
Apokalyptic Warlust's first Full Length " Persecution Of Scum" is now available. This CDR is self realesed, with better production than previous reocordings, and a more original sound than before.
Apokalyptic Warlust now continues their crusade of infernal war. Look for a split cd with Rust Kill coming out around fall of 2004.
