Annthennath was formed in spring 2002 by N°6 and Lyshd Mordrak, soon joined by Butcher. At the time, the lineup was Lyshd Mordrak (Drums, Songwriting), N°6 (Bass, Vocals, Songwriting), and Butcher (Guitar). A rehearsal was recorded on 28Th August 2002, but as the sound and playing were crap, it was never released.

After a break, the band was reborned, Butcher left, and the new line-up was : Lyshd (Drums, Guitars, Songwriting, Synths), and N°6 (Bass, Guitars, Vocals, Songwriting, Synths). A demo was recorded in winter 2004, then released by brasilian label Krieg Records to 200 handnumbered copies. It contained 3 songs, for over 20 minutes music, from rather raw&classic black metal.

Then, break again, and a new member joined : Julien (Withdrawn, Diskarial) on Drums. His amazing blasting skills will for sure bring the band to another level of violence. Lineup is now Julien (Drums), Lyshd (Guitars, Songwriting, Synthetic noises), and N°6 (Bass, Guitars, Vocals, Songwriting, GSP2101).
