Annihilation are a band that sound like no other among their peers. While still upholding the face pounding element that Metal has always been known and revered for, Annihilation seek to bring out more character and meaning out of their music (not just drown it with beer and blood like many in their genre). Formed at the dusk of 2008, Kev Richmond (bass) Ryan Patterson (guitars/vocals) and Neal Mullen (drums) have set about carving their name into the Central Belt of Scotland's music scene since then, and with the addition of Alan Graham in June 2009, they have become stronger and more well known for their fusion of melody and complex musical ideas along with the kind of Metal than anyone can understand and bang their heads to.

So far the four piece have sold out of their first pressing of T-Shirts and have been growing in popularity around the Glasgow area. The goals for 2010 include a full EP to be recorded and released (along with other new merchandise) for fans to savour, while also attracting record label attention and leading to a possible UK tour.

You can't get far without big goals and dreams and the heart and will to accomplish them, and it's these two elements, along with their music, that Annihilation hope will grant them success in the near future.
