In early 1993, when Black metal was still in the deep undergrounds of America, young guitarist Blacknight teams up with an inspired bass -played/vocalist Khayr and hate is born, it"s name; ANHKREHG. Rounded by Tormentor (Drums) and Killer (Lead guitar), the quartet quickly releases a self-financed debut cassette: The Oath Of Sorcerer-King.

More or less a Black/Death Metal demo, the band already shows signs of perseverance by re-entering the studio to record: Sacrifial Goat. Although primitive, the 7-song cassette is a leap forward from their debut, Recorded and released by Sleep Productions, Sacrifial Goat manages its way thru some fanzines and get noticeable airplay.

1996 marks a change of personnel. The band becomes a trio has Killer and Blacknight are replaced by guitarist Shrapnel. Several shows and appearances are scheduled during that year, including a performance at the seven Tri-fête Festival with Cryptopsy.

Still hungry for blood, ANHKREHG release with EST Productions the conceptual: Brutal Witching Metal. Separeted in 5 acts, side A of the cassette is an homage to the ancients wars of the 12 th centuries. As soon as released, road warriors ANHKREHG heads theirs way to sereval Canadian cities where they receive fan acclamation and conquers new lands.
After sereval negotiations, a deal is struck with new Canadian label Hyper Active Records. A couple days in the studio gave birth to a monster: Le Mensonge De Massada. Albeit proper distribution and label difficulty, ANHKREHG manages to do a mini-tour ending with a special opening slot for DIMMU BORGIR.

7 years after its original creation and after many line-up changes, ANHKREHG finds themselver in the studio again, this time for Montreal"s Frowz Productions. The result, the brutal war black-metal CD; Lands Of War. Far superior and far more brutal, ANHKREHG have finally found their niche. New drummer Infurya (from Malvery R.I.P) solidify the speed and insane agression that the band was looking for since day one. With Frowz Productions (R.I.P), Lands Of War finds its way through many mail-order/distributors worlwide, making it by far ANHKREHG "s most successful and "proper" release. but Anhkrehg work NOW to find a new label more serious! There have finish to record new cd 45 min in 10 hymns, recorded and mixed in the wild studio of St-Zénon between april 27 and may 4 2003 by J-F Dagenais from Kataklysm and mastered by the professionnal Bernard Belly from MagraMultimedia
