biografía : Aeternam

From their begining in 2007 in Quebec city, Aeternam has been known for their unique and authentic sound, combining extreme and epic riffs with middle-eastern melodic influences, making a perfect blend of harmony and brutality. With their first studio release entitled Disciples of the Unseen, produced by mastermind JeF Fortin (Unexpect, Neuraxis, Klter), Aeternam is ready to make its debut on the metal scene with their new twist on death metal. The album contains 10 tracks of pure intensity, crushing riffs, pounding basslines and brutal growls paving the way to epic solos, acoustic melodies, ambient keyboards and large vocal harmonies.

"In the final analysis, "Disciples of the Unseen" does more than hint at the vast potential of AETERNAM; it thrusts itself into what will ultimately be the upper tier of progressive death metal in 2010."...Blabbermouth.net "They constantly reinvent their music into something even more fresh, and every song is better than the last. Each track holds untold secrets and twists that make this album sound like an epic journey full of time signature changes, unparalleled technicality and catchy, yet brilliant choruses."...TheNewReview.net "Aeternam has a winner in Disciples of the Unseen. The record avoids many of the pitfalls that plague Aeternam's peers, while managing to carve out a niche for the Quebec City based group. More than anything, Disciples of the Unseen sees Aeternam at their most focused and comfortable, making for a very promising debut."
