Carlos Alvarez was born in March, 1979, in Madrid (Spain). In his early years, Carlos started to play clasical piano. At 19, he joined to his first serious band, "Hamelyn", playing keyboards. One year later, left the band with Alex, singer of Hamelyn, and together funded Arion. Meanwhile Arion, Carlos also play in other bands, as Amaranto, and started a individual project named "Elderane", based in instrumental music for piano. With the name of Elderane, Carlos compose soundtracks for somes amateurs films and videogames. Actually, he join to the progresive spanish band "Cuatro Gatos", and continue playing with "Arion".
