Lista de los grupos Thrash Metal Infernal Assault Prepare for the Assault

While some young Thrash bands from LA get signed to major labels and keep playing mediocre stuff, some local bands try hard to gain some recognition in the ugliness and here is one of them. These teenagers supply a great dose of Thrash that sounds raw and aggressive as you would expect a demo recorded back in 1986 to be, but contrary to the majority of nowadays bands form the same area – it sounds honest to me.

While having some obvious similarities with Destruction’s riffing style, which was probably considered unique for me until many bands started to copy it in the recent years, they combine it with a dose of aggression that nowadays Metallica and Slayer should be jealous of. Apart from the not that original yet still ripping riffs, the angry as fuck vocals make it sound really lethal. Think Tom Araya screaming the fuck out of his throat with no attempt to actually sing, but still fitting the pace greatly.

Maybe I find it so great because of all the young passion that can be heard in every riff and (cool by the way!) solo, but it actually doesn’t sound too amateur and thrashes through the whole half an hour it lasts. So in case these guys decide to sell their asses to Nuclear Blast soon – check them out as long as they still Thrash like there’s no tomorrow!
