I found this EP in a small shop and after listening to it I just had to buy it. The EP features a diverse range of styles, which will really amuse people who love
Dark Metal/
Gothic Metal and Black
Metal.
The Vocals are clean raw vocals as well as screams, also in Il Richiamo in Rosso there are vocals which remind me of some weird but very cool praying.
After this short song I Ride the winds of hate kicks of with a very nice black metal like riff which’s is supported by cold keyboard tunes, these cold keyboards are present the entire song.
My journey is long but my time is endless features the same cold keyboard and raw electric guitar but also a nice clean guitar support by the keyboard at around 3:30.
Than the last song on the album Into the fields of screaming souls kicks of with a strong keyboard tune and also features the raw electric guitars.
In brief i would say
Cultus Sanguine really produced a strong EP which brings you a cold and somewhat depressive atmosphere.
