It’s like hearing Exodus or Overkill for the first time and realizing how amazing thrash metal really is.

Can I just say for such a short EP how incredibly impressed I was with it. They bring out the core of thrash that remind me of old D.R.I with grittier vocals. It’s like hearing Exodus or Overkill for the first time and realizing how amazing thrash metal really is. The musicianship is tight, fast and brutal. This is what metal is about! Having a raw hunger to play music that you love and that comes through loud and clear with Nuclear Torment.
With three short but sweet tracks, you can hear Jakob’s vocals just oozing out with a gruesome force. Tobbe’s guitar skills are just insane on the first and self-titled track as well as on “Bruce, The Grave Robbing Bear” and “Sniper Zombie Rape Abortion” that follow. Matthias comes through with pure power on drums and doesn’t let up for a second.
The only downfall is that there are only 3 songs on this EP and that’s not nearly enough. I am stoked beyond belief to hear old school thrash is alive and well and played with such ferocity through bands like Nuclear Torment! All I can say is more, more, more!
