Biography

Vaginal Carnage formed in 2001 in Melbourne, Australia and released their "Say Hi To Mum" demo, limited to 200 copies, on Reeky Bits' Neverending Nugget Productions. Following this they played a bunch of live shows in Australia, had a line-up change and worked on material which was released as their debut MCD "Dildo Detention" on No Escape Records in 2002. In 2003 the band contributed a cover of "Vagina Berserka" for the Tribute to Gut CD on American Line Productions. After kicking around the Melbourne grind scene for a couple of years, constantly impressing everyone with their brutal and always entertaining live shows, the band ended in 2004 after the tragic death of vocalist Reeky Bits. RIP. He is sorely missed.
These days Benny plays drums in Garbage Guts - www.garbageguts.com and bass in Super Fun Happy Slide - www.myspace.com/superfunhappyslide

The "Dildo Detention" MCD is now sold out, but is supposed to be getting re-pressed by No Escape Records some time in the future with some bonus material added.

The first two songs on this page are from "Dildo Detention". The 3rd song is one of the 8 or so newer songs that were never recorded, taken from the last VxCx show ever in October 2004, with Den (ex-Warsore) on bass. The 4th song is live from 2001, when the band had both Reeky Bits and Bucky (ex-Beanflipper) on vocals.
