Project Silence is a Finnish band from the Heart of Northern Savonia which was formed in 2008 by Delacroix on the idea to make aggrotech based music with a mix of metal and industrial. Their musical style is often categorised as experimental industrial metal.

Starting out as a solo project, Project Silence released their first songs as free downloads in 2008-2009. Songs floated under oppressive atmosphere of dark electro and aggrotech. In late 2008 Silve_R, J and Mr. Sanderz joined. In summer 2009 band started to work on their first official album. Band released two unmastered preview songs in 2010, when world got a taste of new upcoming heavier melodies.

In 2011 new member, bass player Sturmpanzerjäger joined. In 3rd of November 2012 band finally released their debut album "424". Songs featured more experimental combinations of industrial, electro and metal. Album got lot of positive feedback in foreign medias and received a lot of reverence among the listeners. 424 was featured by visiting artists Mc Raaka Pee from Turmion Kätilöt (on track titled Stardancer [Raven's whore]) and by Tuomas Yläkorhola (Pressure__Revolution, Alone (Crushed by Your Lies) and My Reality).
